The 10 Step Carpet Cleaning Process

Step 1: Call Ahead

Every customer receives a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to their arrival window. This gives you a good idea of when we will arrive, so you can do any last minute things.

Step 2: Pre Inspection

Please show us your home. Show us all of your troubled spots, traffic lanes, or any areas of concern.

Step 3: Measure, Apply Discounts, Total Investment

Each one of your rooms is measured. We add up your measurements and apply the discounts. Remember the more you clean the more you save. Clean over 300 sqft and save 17%, over 600 and save 35%, and over 900 sqft and save 40%.

Step 4: Apply Pre-Spray
Some Carpets may require a High Traffic Lane Pre-Spray to cut through tough ground in soils.

Step 5: Carpet Care Options
You get a full consultation of carpet maintenance. You get to Choose what options like Repel Protection, Anti-Allergen, Antibacterial, PURT or any other options that can benefit your home and your family.

Step 6: Move upholstered furniture
You can prepare for us by picking up small items, chairs, plants, toys, clothes, cords, tables etc. We move big pieces in the family room like sofas, loveseats, large chairs. Please understand we do not move beds, dressers, any electronics, or breakables. When we arrive we are ready to begin vacuuming.

Step 7: Vacuuming
As a certified firm we vacuum all areas before cleaning. Dry, loose soil is about 79% of the soil in carpet. It is a mandatory step in cleaning properly. It does take time, effort and money to do any most carpet cleaners don't want to slow down and do things right.

Step 8: The Natural IV™
A High Traffic Lane Pre spray to cut through tough ground in soils. Then Chem-Dry's Patented Hot Carbonating Cleaning agent is applied. It's GREEN and it can clean. You'll enjoy this colorless, odorless, 100% safe and non toxic cleaning agent that liquifies your stains and soils.

Step 9: The Most Powerful Cleaning and Drying in the WORLD
The Cleaning system of the CTS-450 Deisel plus the PowerHead with amplified extraction gets your carpets cleaner, healthier and Drier than anything in the world. How Awesome is that?!

Step 10: Spot Clean
Any leftover spots get personal attention, by hand, with our assortment of specialty spotters.. Some Spots may take even more specialty spotting. Examples may be wax, urine, filtration lines red dyes and others.

Step 11: Post Inspection
Take a look a the results. You will be included in the techniques we use to maximize the soil extraction. Share any concerns you may have while we still have the equipment in your home. We want you to be happy and won't leave until you are.

Step 12: Grooming
Every carpet needs to look new when we finish. A grooming on all plush carpet is performed.

Step 13: Super Quick Dry
Your carpets enjoy a very low amount of moisture to become clean. Ceiling fans turned on high. Heat or Air on so there is air movement and you should be dry within 1 to 2 hours.
