"We always request Dan. He is familiar with our home and very professional. He does a very thorough job. This time we also had 2 leather chairs cleaned and he did a great job with that. I am not home when he arrives and he calls me at work. I trust him and his team to enter my house when I am not home. That says it all. We would never use anyone else to clean our carpet.
